I have been very happy in my kitchen this Fall cooking with (and drinking) hard cider from my local cidery, Dressler Estate in Downingtown, PA.
My Fall take on risotto has a caramelized sweetness from the onions and apples, enhanced by the fruity notes and acidity of the hard cider.
