Traditional Cider Bellinis still use a sparkling grape wine as their base, however I think that the very point of a Cider Bellini is that it should showcase the cider! I partnered with Dressler Estate to bring you a simple and delicious cocktail that’s perfect for your Fall table. These Cider Bellinis are made with Sparkling Hard Cider and just the right amount of Sweet Cider still allow the effervescence of the Modern Sparkling to deliver its dry fruitiness.
For Each Bellini:
1 oz Sweet Cider
5 oz Modern Sparkling Hard Cider
Tips:
- Make sure both ciders are well-chilled in the bottle, as it is not recommended to add ice to the drink itself.
- Pour the ounce of Sweet Cider in first, then top off with the Sparkling.
- I used Kauffman’s Sweet Apple Cider because it is the same farm that supplies the juice for Dressler Estate ciders and I love when ingredients can come together like that!
I love this as a Fall Brunch Cocktail or paired with my Caramelized Onion & Apple Risotto Made with Dressler Estate Modern Still Cider.
